That guy drives me nuts! We all have that guy or gal in our lives we find incredibly difficult to work with but must somehow get along. From the teacher’s pet to the boss’s favorite to that person in another team who always gives you a hassle, working with people we don’t find easy is a part of life. While there are no magic solutions that will make the problems vanish, there are a series of techniques to make the best of it.
Join us for a fun session, filled with horror stories, unbelievable behavior, and what to do about it. And take a risk – look in the mirror and realize we are all that difficult person for someone else, because we are all wired differently and everyone irritates someone. We’ll take audience questions about annoying folks and how to be less difficult ourselves.
